Gregor has over 25 years experience in asset management, predominantly within the mid to upscale hospitality sector across the UK and Channel Islands. Not only an experienced Operations Director managing multiple properties and strategic planning of the businesses, Gregor has been extensively involved in fund management and private equity through acquisitions, development and refurbishments of assets.
Adam Davis
Director of Sales
Adam’s experience spans a range of sectors at senior management level within property investment and development, energy supply and telecommunications. As a founding member of the senior management team, Adam has been responsible for the formulation of the global sales and marketing strategy for the Mansion Student Accommodation Fund.
He has experience of capital raising across both the institutional and retail market worldwide and has successfully launched MSAF into Europe, Middle East, Far East and Africa.
